INSTRUCTION
1.GSC Mobile App UX Optimization Research
2.User Interview
This week I interviewed three people and, as required by the teacher, used Figma to list the questions and answers I got from the survey.
3.User Persona
4.User Journey Map
This week, I started by making a journey map for three people and showed it to Mr. Sylvain. He thought I should divide it into three parts and make a user journey map for each user.
This week, based on Mr. Sylvain’s feedback and suggestions, I refined the user journey map and made three copies, one for each of the three users.
This week, I made three flow charts, corresponding to three users.

Reflection
Experiences:
Through this project, I gained hands-on experience in conducting surveys, interviews, and usability tests. I also worked with tools like Google Forms, UXtweak, and Canva to organize and analyze data, and create design documents.
Observation:
I observed that gathering user feedback is crucial to understanding their needs and improving the app’s user experience. Issues like lag and crashes can significantly affect the user journey and overall satisfaction.
Findings:
The most important findings include the need for a more streamlined user interface, improvements in the app's performance, and prioritizing the features most valued by users. Creating user personas and conducting card sorting helped refine the app's design focus.
