September 23, 2025 Week 1-Week 14 ZHANG HANYUAN(0363727) Minor Project | BDCM | Taylor's University Task 1 - Task 4 INSTRUCTION TASK Week 1 Mr.Sylvain substitute Dr.Wong for the first week and he briefed us with the overall assignment. Next we were to form group of 5-7 person with mix specialisation.  Week 2 We were given 6 topic to chose from. My group decided to chose Patient Transfer Device. Week 3 This week is our first meeting with the client. He briefed us with the topic, situation, needs and problems of this area. After the meeting, we start on Figjam with the problem and our targedted user group. For the target group we decided to go with Nurse and Family Member. Then we decide the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Moving on, we start to brainstorm questions for interview. Week 4 This week, we conducted interview. 3 nurses and 3 family members. He emphasized the importance of self-assessment in the design process. We also explored an AI tool designed to support our learning. While it was certainly useful, we were reminded that it should enhance, not replace, our own design thinking. Before the course concluded, we enrolled in the FlutterFlow Education plan, which we will use throughout the semester to develop our app MVP.
